How do I request a redeem?

What are the minimum and maximum redeem amounts?

The maximum redeem amount is $2000 per day. Minimum redeem applies based on your platform's rules.

When can I redeem my winnings?

Redeem requests are processed daily from 10AM – 2AM EST. Any requests made outside these hours will be processed the following day.
